Nicholas Gioacchini

Nicholas "Niko" Gioacchini (born July 25, 2000) is an American professional soccer player who plays as a forward for Stade Malherbe Caen.

Professional career

Gioacchini spent his early years with various youth academies in the United States and Italy, before moving to Paris FC in 2015.[1]

On May 14, 2018, Gioacchini signed a two-year contract with Stade Malherbe Caen.[2] He made his debut for Caen in a 4–2 Ligue 2 win over his former club Paris FC on October 25, 2019, scoring his side's first goal in the 25th minute.[3] He scored another goal against Nancy on December 2, 2019.

Personal life

Gioacchini was born in Missouri to an Italian father and Jamaican mother, and is eligible for all three national teams.[4] He moved to Italy at the age of 8, and France at the age of 15.[5]
