The municipality covers an area of 6.04 square kilometres (2.33 sq mi), and has a population of 193 (as at 3 July 2006).

Nekvasovy lies approximately 40 kilometres (25 mi) south-east of Plzeň and 93 km (58 mi) south-west of Prague.
