Neil D. Humphrey
Neil D. Humphrey (born May 20, 1928) is an American academic. He was the president of the University of Alaska System in 1977, president of the University of Nevada System and President of Youngstown State University from 1984 to 1992. He attended Idaho State University, the University of Denver, and Brigham Young University.[1] Humphrey has also served as State Budget Director of Nevada.[2]
