Career

Rothacker's first band formed in 1996 at Hilliard Davidson High School in Ohio, originally called Plan B (now called (House of Heroes), where Rothacker was the drummer. In 1998, Colin Rigsby replaced Rothacker on drums. In 2005, Rothacker friendship with John Konesky and John Spiker made him the drummer for Trainwreck after Kevin Weisman's departure. Whilst with the band he recorded one EP and one album, The Wreckoning.[1] Due to his work with Trainwreck, he would go on to work as the band assistant for Tenacious D's The Pick of Destiny tour. This lead Rothacker to play drums for them at Bonnaroo Music Festival in 2010. In 2011, after the demise of Trainwreck, Rothacker would go on to play for Kyle Gass Band up until leaving in 2013.[2] In 2015, Rothacker's car used on The Pick of Destiny tour was auctioned off to raise funds for the Sweet Stuff Foundation.[3]
