gollark: So if you run a program which hasn't been downloaded, it'll set a flag saying it needs that, run a partial update, and then run it.

gollark: That would require work for all of them, and break the versioning. What I probably can do is badly emulate a package manager and track which ones it needs to download based on the manifest fiels.
