Mulan Rural District
Mulan Rural District (Persian: دهستان مولان) is a rural district (dehestan) in the Central District of Kaleybar County, East Azerbaijan Province, Iran.[1] At the 2006 census, its population was 5,785, in 1,242 families.[2] The rural district has 29 villages.
