Mukhtar Fallatah

Mukhtar Omar Othman Fallatah (Arabic: مختار فلاتة, born 15 October 1987) is a Saudi Arabian footballer who plays as a striker for Al-Shoulla and the Saudi Arabia national team.

Club career

Al Wehda

Mukhtar Omar Othman Fallatah started his professional career at Al-Wehda. In the 2010-11 season, Mukhtar played 20 matches and scored 6 goals.

Al Shabab

After season 2010-11, Mukhtar moved to Al-Shabab. In his first season Al Shabab became champions of the Saudi Premier League. In this season Mukhtar played 20 matches and scored 4 goals. The second season started less successfully for Mukhtar, when he was used most often as a substitute. During this season Mukhtar moved to Al-Ittihad.

Al Ittihad

After Mukhtar moved to Ittihad FC, they won the Saudi Champions Cup in 2013. The season 2013-2014 was the most successful season for Mukhtar himself. In this season he ended third on the league scorers list of the Saudi Premier League with 20 goals in 25 matches. In 2014 Mukhtar also made his international debut for the Saudi Arabian national football team.

Al Wehda

Mukhtar returned to Al-Wehda, he had a successful season, Scoring 16 goals in 23 appearances. After Al-Wehda was relegated, Mukhtar left Al-Wehda after one season.

Al Hilal

On 4 June 2017, Mukhtar moved to Al-Hilal because his former team Al-Wehda was relegated.[1]


Al-Shoulla

After 9 months without a club, Fallatah joined MS League side Al-Shoulla on 31 January 2020.[2] He signed a 6-month contract with the club.
