Moslem Uddin Ahmad

Moslem Uddin Ahmad is a Bangladesh Awami League politician and the incumbent Jatiya Sangsad member representing the Chittagong-8 constituency since January 2020.[1]

Biography

Ahmad was appointed as the vice president of the Government College of Commerce, Chittagong unit of Chhatra League in 1969.[2] Later, he was appointed as the general secretary of Chittagong unit of Chhatra League.[3] He was also appointed as the acting general secretary of Chittagong unit of Chhatra League in 1970.[4]

Ahmad took part in the Liberation War of Bangladesh.[2] After the Liberation of Bangladesh he was appointed as the general secretary of Chittagong unit of Chhatra League in 1972.[3] He is the incumbent president of the Chittagong South District Unit of Bangladesh Awami League.[4]

Ahmad was elected as a member of the Jatiya Sangsad from Chittagong-8 on 13 January 2020.[5][6]
