Monoon

Monoon[1] is a genus of plants in the family Annonaceae[2] and the tribe Miliuseae. Species have been recorded from the Indian subcontinent, Indo-China, Malesia, New Guinea and Australia, with introductions in West Africa. A number of species have been moved here from the genus Polyalthia.
