Mohammadpur Umri
Mohammadpur Kushambhi is a small village close to the Indian Air Force base of Bamrauli, near Allahabad in Uttar Pradesh, India.[1]

Founded by | Mohammadpur was founded by Mohammad Nasir and his four sons and one daughter and his second son was Advocate Hasin Ahmad who resided in Allahabad with his son Nisar Ahmad and his residence there is named Mumtaz Mahal. Mohammad Nasir had two grandsons from his son Fazal Ahmad, two time ex-MLA Habib Ahmad and Mahboob Ahmad, who were indulged in politics. Mohammad Nasir and his ancestors for example ( Mohammad Yousuf,his father), ( Mohammad Hussain,his grandfather etc;) and his sons are buried in a personal graveyard owned by his family with a ravishing length of 2,000 square meters! |

- The village has a large number of twins and therefore sometimes labelled as the twin capital of the world. Out of a total population of 600, there are almost 33 pairs of twins here.[2] The village boasts a twin monozygotic (MZ) or identical twin birth rate that is 300 times the national average and maybe one of the highest in the world.[3]
