gollark: PotatOS Chronometer runs every tick so that it can display a nice live-updating milliseconds counter, but it doesn't do much on each tick so I figure it's probably okayish.
gollark: Yield for a reasonable amount of time in loops.
gollark: Yes, I know, it does `coroutine.yield` and all, but IIRC it runs more than once per tick.
