The Miss Mississippi's Outstanding Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Mississippi in the Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant.

Jane Granberry of Hattiesburg was crowned Miss Mississippi's Outstanding Teen on April 28, 2019 at the Vicksburg City Auditorium in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She competed for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2020 at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center on July 27, 2019 in Orlando, Florida where she placed in the Top 10.
