Misagh-3
The Misagh-3 is an Iranian Man-portable air-defense system, it is the successor of Misagh-2 surface to air missile. Like its predecessors Misagh-2 and Misagh-1 it too is probably based on the Chinese QW-1 Vanguard. It was first unveiled on February 7 2017 during a ceremony in Tehran, Defense minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehghan announced that Iran would announce the mass production of the air defense system to boost Iran's air defense power in response to new Sanctions against Iran imposed the previous day[1]
