Ministry of Technology and Research

The Ministry of Science, Technology and Research (formerly the Ministry of Technology, Research and Atomic Energy) (Sinhala: විද්‍යා, තාක්ෂණ හා පර්යේෂණ අමාත්‍යාංශය Vidyā, Thākshana hā Paryeshana Amathyanshaya; Tamil: விஞ்ஞான, தொழினுட்ப மற்றும் தொழில் வாய்ப்பு அமைச்சு) is the cabinet ministry of the Government of Sri Lanka that directs the formulation and implementation of policies related to implementation, regulation and growth of technology and scientific research in the country.
