Mikhaylovka (Russian: Михайловка) is a rural locality (a selo) and the administrative center of Tashtimerovsky Selsoviet, Abzelilovsky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 1,103 as of 2010.[2] There are 15 streets.

It is located 18 km from Askarovo, 17 km from Magnitogorsk.
