Mighty Atom (1959 TV series)
Mighty Atom (鉄腕アトム, Testuwan Atomu) is a Japanese Tokusatsu live action TV show that was created by MBS Productions and had aired on MBS from Mar. 7, 1959 until May 28, 1960. It was the first adaptation of the Mighty Atom (a.k.a. Astro Boy) manga comic book series and predated the 1963 Mighty Atom (Astro Boy) anime.[1]
