Message to Man

Message to Man (Russian: Послание к Человеку, Poslaniye k Chelovyeku) is an international competitive documentary, short and animated film festival held annually in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

History

Message to Man originated in the USSR in 1988 as a biennale documentary film festival. Since 1993 it has been held annually. Since 1994 it has included short and animated films. To date, there have been 22 festivals.

Dates

The festival currently takes place in September. The 23rd edition will take place from September 21–28, 2013.
