Mesopodagrion

Mesopodagrion is a genus of flatwings in the damselfly order Odonata. There are at least two described species in Mesopodagrion.[1][2][3][4]

Class: Insecta
Order: Odonata
Suborder: Zygoptera
Superfamily: Calopterygoidea
Genus: Mesopodagrion

As a result of molecular phylogenetic studies by Dijkstra et al. in 2013, the genus Mesopodagrion is considered "incertae sedis", without an assigned family but within the superfamily Calopterygoidea.[2][4]

Species

These two species belong to the genus Mesopodagrion:[4]

  • Mesopodagrion tibetanum McLachlan, 1896
  • Mesopodagrion yachowensis Chao, 1953

gollark: They end up randomly being lost to me giving them to people, running out of ink, and being abandoned in arbitrary places.
gollark: I just buy 50 of them every few years.
gollark: This is why you should buy pens in bulk like me.
gollark: I see.
