Meng Guofen

Meng Guofen is a female Chinese Paralympic swimmer with cerebral palsy.[1] She represented China at the 2016 Summer Paralympics and she won the silver medal in the women's 50 metre backstroke S3 event.[1]

This is a Chinese name; the family name is Meng.
