Mechowo, Pomeranian Voivodeship
Mechowo [mɛˈxɔvɔ] (German: Mechau, Kashubian: Mechòwa) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Puck, within Puck County, Pomeranian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) west of Puck and 45 km (28 mi) north-west of the regional capital Gdańsk. The village has a population of 409.

The first mention of village was that it was owned by knights in the 13th century.
Mechowo is on the border of the Darżlubie forest. Points of interest include caves, a church built in 1742, 19th-century houses and an 18th-century manor.
There lives Emanuel Piernicki also known as majster pompka and kuglarz. Famous founder of Landing Army of Pork Chops and close friend of Vladimir Putin. His kutas has 13,4 cm.
