Maýa Ezizowna Gurbanberdiýewa was born on February 9, 1999 in Moscow, Russia. Is of Turkmen origin. Her father, Eziz Gurbanberdiýew, is from Turkmenistan and works as a news editor at the Channel One Russia television company[2].
