Masood Chishti
Pir Masood Chishti - PMC (Urdu: پیر مسعود چشتی; born 02 January 1961, is a senior and highly reputed Pakistani Criminal lawyer. His firm Pir Masood Chishti Law Chamber PMCLC is based in Lahore and has expanded its operations across the country. PMCLC is specialised in the field of Criminal, Corporate, Commercial, Civil, Real Estate, Procurement, Constitutional, Service, Banking, Taxation, Fiscal and Telecommunication. The team of lawyers, consisting of Solicitors and LLMs degree holders have necessary wherewithal and repertoire of skills to tackle matters of all complexities and technicalities. After completion of studies, he started to practice law in 1985.

Pir Masood Chisti was born in Peer Sadardeen, PakPattan District to a middle-class family. Chishti started practicing law in the year of 1985 and since than has been providing one of the most foremost consultancies regarding legal hurdles. In 1994, through his remarkable work he was appointed as Assistant Advocate General Punjab. Later, he served as a legal advisor of Lahore Development Authority LDA, House Building Finance Corporation (HBFC). He also served as Chief Legal Adviser of Capital Development Authority CDA.
Work
Political activism in field of law
Mr. Chishti's interest in the politics began during his college years whilst studying law from Multan. Later, in 1985 when he started his career, he actively worked for the lawyer community.
Member, punjab bar council (1999-2000)
In 1999, he contested an election of Punjab Bar Punjab bar council and was successfully elected as Member, Punjab Bar Council form Lahore where he served for a period of 5 years from 1999 to 2004 and also served as Chairman, Executive Committee.
President lahore High Court bar (2015-2016)
In 2015, Chishti contested the election of Lahore High court bar association, which is one of the largest bars in Pakistan, and was successfully elected as President Lahore High Court Bar Association for a term of one year starting from Feb 2015 to Feb 2016.
Federal Secretary Law and Justice (2010-2012)
PMC was appointed as Federal Secretary for Law and Justice, Ministry of law and Justice where he served for period of about 2 years.
