Career

At the age of 15, Tungevaag began to explore different digital audio workstations (DAW) in his bedroom studio in 2008. Years later, June 12, 2014 he got signed and started his music career at Kontor Records in Germany and scored his first major hit in 2014 with "Wicked Wonderland". It became a summer hit and led to shows at clubs and festival main stages all over Europe. Later the same year, "Samsara 2015" reached number 1 in Finland, number 2 in Norway and number 4 in Sweden. It also sold platinum in all three countries.

After these releases he became Grammy nominated in Norway and Sweden for «hit of the year» and «best EDM song». Additionally, he got multi-platinum awarded, and reached the #1 spot in all the Nordic countries, #1 Austria, #3 Germany and top #10 for Switzerland, Italy, Chile, China, Korea and Japan.

In 2018, Tungevaag released "All For Love" at Warner Music and in 2019 "Million Lights" at Spinnin. Later in 2019 he worked with Alan Walker, K-391 and Mangoo on a remake of Mangoo's "Eurodancer" known as "Play". The single was released everywhere on 30 August 2019, was streamed over 760 thousand times on its first day at Spotify and reached top lists in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Indonesia, Vietnam, Taiwan and Singapore.
