Marriage in Poland
Marriage in Poland may be performed as a civil or religious ceremony. The usual age minimum is 18 although teenagers 16 or older may get permission to marry under certain circumstances.[1] Same-sex marriage is not recognized in Poland and is forbidden by the Constitution of Poland.[2]
