Marco Bulacia Wilkinson (born 27 September 2000) is a Bolivian rally driver. He currently partners with co-driver Giovanni Bernacchini in the WRC category.[1]

Rally career
Bulacia Wilkinson made his WRC debut in 2018 Rally Mexico, driving a Ford Fiesta R5.[2] In 2019 Rally Mexico, he scored his first WRC points.[3]

gollark: I suppose there are a lot of policies which could be cool™ with good governance but are bad in any practical setting.

gollark: And the variability in parenting unfairly affects children's life outcomes.
