Mang Tomas
Mang Tomas (Tagalog for "Mr. Tomas") is a condiment brand owned by NutriAsia. Its core product is a sauce similar to sársa (lechón sauce) but made without ground liver. The product is sold as "Mang Tomas All-Around Sarsa" in the Philippines and as "Mang Tomas All-Purpose Sauce" in export markets. The product is named after Tomás "Mang Tomás" delos Reyes, a famous lechonero (purveyor of lechón) from La Loma, Quezon City. (purveyor of lechón) from La Loma, Quezon City.[1][2]
