Lycoming Career and Technology Center offers a choice of three different attendance options. Students may enroll in one year or two year half day programs. A third program offers Work Experience Programs. Students attend their home school for basic academics required for graduation like: literature, science, civics and math. Students graduate from their home district. Lycoming Career and Technology Center also offers evening and weekend adult continuing education programs.

Lycoming Career & Technology Center Joint Operating Committee governs the school meeting on a monthly basis.[15] It is made up of delegates appointed by each participating school board. Local school board must approve the School's annual budget proposal. The School's Articles of Agreement require an affirmative vote of 2/3rds of the participating districts and a majority vote of all school directors of the member schools to approve a budget. Lycoming Career & Technology Center also receives annual Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Improvement Act of 2006 - Perkins IV grants.[16] In 2015, the school received $95,874.
