Louis Vail

Louis "Bucker" DePaul Vail was an American football player and coach. Vail played football at Penn as a quarterback from 1890 to 1893.[1] He served as the fourth head football coach at the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, coaching for one season in 1894 and compiling a record of 4–4.[2] Vail coached at Case School of Applied Science for one game before the season was cancelled.[3]
