Logie Awards of 1999
The 41st Annual TV Week Logie Awards was held on Sunday 11 April 1999 at the Crown Palladium in Melbourne, and broadcast on the Nine Network.[1] The ceremony was hosted by Andrew Denton, and guests included Isaac Hayes, Kevin Sorbo, Kathy Griffin, Portia De Rossi and Trudie Goodwin.[1]

After a lifetime in Australian television, Mike Walsh became the 16th inductee into the TV Week Logies Hall of Fame.[2]
gollark: Apparently they just sit there for ages looking at things with incredibly underpowered eyes (which they're able to get useful images out of via combining images over lots of time or something) and planning, then do things.

gollark: Speaking of spiders, have you heard of Portia spiders? They're very cool.
