Loïc Vliegen
Loïc Vliegen (born 20 December 1993 in Rocourt) is a Belgian cyclist, who currently rides for UCI ProTeam Circus–Wanty Gobert.[2] He was named in the startlist for the 2017 Vuelta a España.[3] In May 2018, he was named in the startlist for the Giro d'Italia.[4]
