Liz Chase
Elizabeth Chase (April 26, 1950 – May 10, 2018) was a Zimbabwean field hockey player and member of the national team that won the gold medal at the 1980 Summer Olympics in Moscow. Previously, she represented South Africa.

She became a sports administrator at the University of the Witwatersrand in 2000 and retired in 2015. [1]
Chase died on May 10, 2018, two weeks after her 68th birthday.[2]
