Kentucky Route 346 (KY 346) is a 0.868-mile-long (1.397 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The highway travels mostly through the city limits of Guthrie, within Todd County. It is known as North Ewing Street for its entire length. KY 346 begins at an intersection with U.S. Route 41 (US 41; Ewing Drive / West Park Street) in the central part of Guthrie, within Todd County. It travels to the north-northwest and curves to the northwest. It crosses over Spring Creek, curves to the north-northeast, and meets its northern terminus, an intersection with US 79 (Russellville Road).[1]

The entire route is in Todd County.
