List of Africans by net worth
The Richest Africans is an annual ranking of the richest African people, compiled and published by the American business magazine Forbes. The list has been published since 2015. Dangote Group founder Aliko Dangote has topped the 2018 list.[1] In 2018, there was a record of 23 African billionaires on the list.[2] Despite his absence from this particular Forbes list, the richest African in the world is Elon Musk with a net worth of $46.3B as of 7/1/20[3]

The 2020 billionaires' list was released by Forbes on 14th January, 2020. Also, the Forbes provides daily net worth updates which reflects change by 5 PM ET of prior trading day.[4]
