gollark: I've never used any BSDs.
gollark: It's very do-it-yourself and doesn't actually have an installer, but does have very good documentation and an install guide.
gollark: Arch Linux, which I use btw, has Java 8 in the repos.
gollark: Java 7 used to be able to, but mods need 8 now, but 9 somehow breaks the launcher because of course it does.
gollark: bcachefs looks interesting, but isn't actually in the kernel yet.
