Lauren Lillo
Lauren Lillo, (born August 6, 1984) is a figure competitor / model and personal trainer living in Boise, Idaho in the United States. Lauren currently competes at the regional amateur level with the National Physique Committee (NPC).

Lauren grew up in San Bernardino, California, moving to Boise, Idaho during her teenage years. She began weight training at age sixteen, entering her first figure contest in 2003. She sustained a back injury in late 2003; however, she returned to competition in 2005. Her first regional contest was the 2007 NPC Emerald Cup, held in Bellevue, Washington. At 5'9", Lauren is one of the tallest women currently competing in figure contests.
