The lateral sacral veins accompany the lateral sacral arteries on the anterior surface of the sacrum and end in the hypogastric vein.

gollark: Anyway: I can't think of solutions for this which do *not* involve deterministically case-converting everything *or* other badness.

gollark: Well, the issue is this:- I would be very annoyed if linking to things was case-sensitive- I can make SQLite look up stuff case-insensitively, but this would cause further bee with other components probably
