History

The earliest existing historical records of the church date back to 1589, but the church was not new at that time. In the 1770s, the church was described as a log building in a cruciform design. In 1794-1795, the church underwent a massive renovation, virtually rebuilding the whole church, reusing as much of the old materials as possible. The church was renovated in 1882 and again in 1929. Based on the building's history, it is not unlikely that parts of the present church consist of materials from the late Middle Ages.[3]

gollark: It was a while ago. I'm trying to update it now and see.
gollark: You could probably implement a timeout on the HTTP requests. SPUDNET recently got long polling support, and it drops them if the remote end closes the connection or 30 seconds pass.
gollark: My build process now includes a *surprisingly functional* 7-year-old program seemingly intended for Roblox mods.
gollark: I made some significant speed improvements by cutting out unnecessary SHA256ing and maybe minifying, at least.
