Lakhala Union Council

Lakhala is a union council of Abbottabad District in Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan. According to the 2017 Census of Pakistan, the population is 5,237.[1]

gollark: Or Openreach or something? In any case, prices are okay and you can choose from a bunch of providers, but they all use the same bad infrastructure.
