L. T. Harr
Lloyd T. "Rosy" Harr was an American football player. He was the sixth head football coach at the College of Emporia in Emporia, Kansas, serving for the 1928 season.[1] His team produced an undefeated record of 8–0 and was declared the champions of the newly formed Central Intercollegiate Conference (CIC).[2][3]
