Kuzmichi (Russian: Кузьмичи) is a rural locality (a selo) in Znamensky Selsoviet of Romnensky District, Amur Oblast, Russia. The population was 21 as of 2018.[2] There is 1 street.

Geography
The village is located on the left bank of the Belaya River, 26 km south-west from Romny.
