Kunakbayevo (Russian: Кунакбаево) is a rural locality (a village) in Nikolayevsky Selsoviet, Sterlitamaksky District, Bashkortostan, Russia. The population was 105 as of 2010.[2] There is one street.

It is located 19 km from Sterlitamak, 14 km from Nikolayevka.
