Koujalgi

Koujalgi is a village in the southern state of Karnataka, India.[1][2] It is located in the Gokak taluk of Belgaum district in Karnataka.

As of 2001 India census, Koujalgi had a population of 9227 with 4729 males and 4498 females.[1]

gollark: Generally we'd call it a "position of power" if they are actually able to do bad things of some sort to you i.e. fire you, harm you socially, whatever else.
