Kostelec (Czech pronunciation: [ˈkostɛlɛts]; German: Wolframs) is a village and municipality (obec) in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic.

The municipality covers an area of 8.89 square kilometres (3.43 sq mi), and has a population of 895 (as at 28 August 2006). Since 1917 in the municipality exist meat packing factory Kostelecké uzeniny, the biggest producer of sassages, cured and smoked meat products in Czech republic.
Kostelec lies on the Jihlava River, approximately 8 kilometres (5 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 112 km (70 mi) south-east of Prague.
