Ko Seong-il

Ko Seong-il (Hangul: 고성일; born July 18, 1971) is a Korean voice actor who joined the Munhwa Broadcasting Corporation's Voice Acting Division in 1999.

Although I guess that also applies to independent learning and stuff, and the solution is probably to structure stuff such that it arises easily instead of trying to manually teach it.
