Infrastructure

Kiudang Primary School is a government school which provides general primary education to the resident pupils. It also shares buildings with Kiudang Religious School, also a government school, which provides the Islamic religious primary education compulsory for Muslim pupils in the country.[6]

Pengiran Muda 'Abdul Wakeel Mosque serves the need of its Muslim residents for Islamic congregational prayers and activities, in particular the Jumu'ah or Friday prayers. The mosque was built to replace the older one, Kampong Kiudang Mosque, which had reached its worshippers' capacity.

Achievement

Kiudang has received a few awards and recognition, both on national and regional levels. It won a bronze medal in Anugerah Kampung Cemerlang or the Excellent Village Award in 2013, an annual national award which recognises villages that have excellent record on the community and village entrepreneurship.[7][2] Kiudang has also been chosen by BIMP-EAGA, a sub-ASEAN economic cooperation initiative, as a community-based Eco-tourism Village in 2015.[8][2] In 2017, Kiudang is a recipient of the ASEAN Community-based Tourism Award for its achievement in attracting visitors, both local and foreign, to the village.[2][9]

gollark: Hertz = per second, also.
gollark: The standard is in fact radians per second or just rotations per second. But they're dimensionally the same because SI has radians be dimensionless.
gollark: What is the standard unit?
gollark: Undergo rotation at 33 radian-Hz.
gollark: I see.
