Route description
KY 367 begins at an intersection with KY 170 north-northeast of Elizaville, within the northwestern part of Fleming County. It travels to the northwest, paralleling Mud Lick Creek, and crosses over the creek. It crosses over Johnson Creek and enters Nepton. It curves to the north and crosses over some railroad tracks of CSX. It curves to the north-northwest and north-northeast before it leaves Nepton. It intersects the southern terminus of KY 888 (Shanklin Road) and curves to the west-northwest. After it curves to the north-northeast and back to the west-northwest, it reaches the Mason County line. Here, KY 367 ends, and Nepton Road continues to the west-northwest.[1]
