Kentucky Route 322 (KY 322) is a 4.543-mile-long (7.311 km) state highway in the U.S. state of Kentucky. The route is located in Shelby and Henry counties.

Route description
The route originates at a junction with KY 53 in northern Shelby County and travels north for 2.3 miles (3.7 km) before entering into Henry County. In Henry County, the route intersects with KY 22 and continues north for two miles (3.2 km) until it meets its northern terminus at KY 1861 in Smithfield. The entire route is located in rural sections of Shelby and Henry counties.
