Plot
Justice Rajeswari Devi (Sharada) a disciple of justice lives with her two younger brothers Mohan (Chandra Mohan) and Ravi (Nandamuri Balakrishna). Ravi always stands for piety and toils for the public in his area for which he takes the law into his hands. He also confronts the misdeeds of MP Chandra Shekar Rao (Gollapudi Maruti Rao) and MLA Kunti Kanakayya (Allu Ramalingaiah) and they reveal on him. However, Rajeswari Devi relishes his acts, therefore, disputes arise between them. Parallelly, Ravi loves the beauty Padma (Vijayashanti) daughter of Kanakaiah. Meanwhile, Mohan enacts as a wise indeed a slave to all sorts of vices. In that process, he is acquainted with a club dancer Saroja (Swapna) when her father Seshu (Devadas Kanakala) grudges against him because he is a discarded husband of Rajeswari Devi. At Present, its time of the election, as Chandra Shekar Rao’s fame diminishes and winning chances are at remorse. To gain in the election she performs his son Raghu’s (Balaji) marriage with Saraswathi (Rajyalakshmi) daughter of labor union leader Edukondalu (P.L. Narayana) and achieves his goal. At this point, Chandra Shekar Rao wants to build a hotel in the labor colony by vacating them which is negated by Edukondalu. So, he kills Saraswathi with Raghu, creates like an accident, and brings force on Rajeswari to give judgment in their favor which is bluntly refused. Then, Chandra Shekar Rao and Seshu join with a rowdy King Kong (Paruchuri Gopala Krishna). They trap Mohan through a maid Kotamma (Shymala Gowri) and blackmails Rajeswari Devi when as a counter she performs the wedding of Mohan & Kotamma. Thereafter, the blackguards kill Kotamma and indicts Mohan when Saroja gives witness against Mohan. To safeguard her brother Rajeswari Devi resigns and takes up the case. Meanwhile, Ravi tries to solve the problem in his way. Further, he clears the misconception of Saroja on Rajeswari Devi when she realizes and comes forward to give evidence in favor of Mohan. But Rajeswari Devi fails in proving the facts and about to lose. So, Ravi kidnaps Raghu but King Kong conspires and kills Saroja. Now Rajeswari Devi realizes that justice cannot be given in straight forward means hence allows Ravi to go ahead in his path. Finally, the movie ends on a happy note by Ravi eliminating the baddies and acquitting Mohan as guiltless.
