Karunarathna Divulgane
Karunarathna Divulgane is a singer and a classical musician in Sri Lanka. He served as the Governor of the North Central Province of Sri Lanka between 13 November 2006 and 27 January 2015.[1][2] Divulgane attended the reopening of a broadcast tower with many other dignitaries in 2011[3].
