Karachi Kings–Lahore Qalandars rivalry
The Karachi Kings–Lahore Qalandars rivalry, is a high-profile city rivalry between Pakistan Super League (PSL) cricket teams Lahore Qalandars and the Karachi Kings.[3][4] It is considered to be the biggest rivalry in the PSL due to the size of the cities. The rivalry has been fuelled by the size of the two cities that they play for and their historic economic and cultural rivalry.[5][6][7] In 2016 Karachi won both the games.[8] While in 2017 they both won a game each.[9][10] In 2018 Lahore won in a super over while Karachi won the other game.[11][12] In 2019 it was 1-1 again with the Qalandars winning the first and Karachi winning the second.[13][14] Lastly in 2020 it was 1-1 again.[15]
